Founded in 2022, Les Plateaux de Margaux is led by Margaux, who trained in the art of cheese with Michel Fouchereau, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France).
She later expanded her expertise through wine studies, charcuterie training and hands-on experience in artisan cheese shops and delicatessens before creating her own local catering business.
